Sole Water! What is That?
Sole (pronounced ‘so-lay’) is a fully saturated solution of water and Himalayan pink salt (you can also use Real Salt or Celtic salt). The water becomes saturated when the water can no longer dissolve more salt. At this point, the crystals remain undissolved on the bottom of the jar, indicating that the solution has reached it’s saturation limit. The water is now fully saturated. This is what is called Salt Sole, and it can be taken as our daily minerals.
“Each of the ionized minerals in the sole represents the ionized minerals naturally occurring in your blood. And each mineral element carries its own unique vibration or frequency pattern of energy.”
When salt and water collide, water is no longer water, and salt is not salt anymore. This chemical combination produces a release of energy available to your body. We’ve all been told for so many years that salt is damaging, so the thought of drinking salt water may be pretty illogical, but it turns out that this concentrated solution can have a variety of health-supporting uses.
SALT SOLE HEALTH BENEFITS
According Dr. Mercola the numerous health benefits:
How to make Sole salt water
1. Fill a quart-size mason jar one-third full with unrefined, natural salt. I used Himalayan Salt. Do not use white chemically added Table salts.
2. Fill the jar with filtered water, leaving two inches at the top.
3. Cover the solution with a plastic (not metal) storage cap.
4. Shake and let it sit for 24 hours.
5. Check in 24 hours to see if all salt crystals are dissolved, and add a little more salt.
6. When the salt no longer dissolves, the Sole is ready.
7. Store covered on a counter or in a cupboard. The antibacterial and antifungal properties of the Sole will help make it last indefinitely.
How to take Sole water
Add half a teaspoon of Sole to an eight-ounce glass of filtered water (this can be warm water) each morning, before breakfast. Taste the Sole — if it tastes salty (like you would expect it to), then it is the perfect amount for you.
If it tastes too salty, dilute with plain, filtered water until it tastes just right. If it does not taste salty enough, add some more Sole until the balance is right. You have to trust your senses on this one — your body knows best! The amount you need may vary each day.
We recommend you consume a whole-foods diet and use natural salt on your food at a level that tastes good. Researchers have found that a healthy ancestral diet results in salt consumption in the range of 1.5 to three tablespoons per day, which coincides with the lowest risk levels for heart disease.
Hope this Blesses you as you may learn something knew.
Cooking with Oils
So Most people love to cook, right? Cooking can inspire your creative side for sure. Well I want to open up your thoughts to a new way of cooking, by using Young Livings Vitality line of oils. You see Young Living has its own wonderful line of ingestible oils. And learning to cook with these oils can really spice things up in your kitchen, with wonderful aromatic flavors and yummy nutritional oils.
Using Vitality oils you can add fun potent flavor and not alter the consistency or color of what you are cooking. And baking with them, well lets just say it is way better then using an extract. Also Vitality oils don't expire, if you store them properly they will last longer then you will. Unlike dried spices or extracts.
When cooking REMEMBER that a vitality oil is very concentrated. So you only need a toothpick dip or a few drops depending what you need it in. (Especially oils like clove or oregano that maybe a hotter oil, you may want just a toothpick swirl of) Also always use, Glass or Stainless steel to cook with.
PLEASE IF YOUR KIDS ARE COOKING WITH YOU, KEEP THE OILS OUT OF LITTLE FINGERS, SO THEY DON'T ACCIDENTALLY PUT TO MUCH IN OR ON THEMSELVES.
Great Vitality oils to start with in your New Cooking Experience with them.
Add to pies that would use lemon extract or lemon flavoring, also glazes are wonderful with this oil.
It is also great in Chicken and fish recipes. Hummus, go ahead just let your imaginations run wild.

Guacamole, Lime Rice (so good) Hummus, Cookies, pies
Cookies, Cakes (look below for a great recipe) Lemonade, ice cream, glaze, believe it or Not this oil is great in these things.
Put in your cocoa, chia, tea, (makes a great chia, by adding to warm milk and honey)
This is just a sample to get you started, but look at young livings line of these wonderful digestible oils and you will see for yourself the great and many uses you too can think of in order to use them.
Be sure to CONVERT the oil as it it super concentrated, you will use a drop or two compared to a tsp of cinnamon powder or something, or like a said earlier a toothpick in some cases is enough flavor. Test for your self, you can always add more, but you can't take it away. Also dilute the oils in a fat, like Olive oil or butter, to help disperse the vitality oil in the recipe. You can also use a syrup or honey. Finally for Hot recipes, wait until the end of the process before adding the Vitality oil. This will keep the oil volatile. And will keep the oil from dissipating to quickly in the high heat. Don't fret if you are baking, you may loose some of the properties in the oil, but not to worry, you will not loose any of the wonderful flavor.

In Lg. bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs into butter mix, one at time to incorporate. In small bowl combine flour, soda, and salt, together. Now alternate adding flour and buttermilk into butter mixture. Stir in vanilla, Lemon Vitality and Lavender Vitlaity.
Cook at 325* for 33-36 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool in pan a few minutes before removing, then let cool completely before glazing.
To make glaze, add powder sugar, buttermilk and remaining oils and beat until thoroughly mixed and glaze can be easily poured but not to wet. Drizzle over cooled cake and sprinkle with some purple sugar if desired. It makes a pretty effect.
