7 Stages of Grief
I just want to start by saying I am No expert on this subject by any means. But I have suffered grief. Grief of a loss of a loved one, grief of abandonment, grief of loss of a pet, grief of loss of friends alive and through death. And some other things but saying all this to let you know there are differing types of grief, and there are also varying stages that a person may or may not go through during any particular grief episode. And also varying periods of how long one stage may last.
The seven most common stages of grief are;
Now the reason I am bringing this whole subject up!
You see these stages are natural for us to all go through. But sometimes people may get stuck and the grief becomes overwhelming. God did not intend for us to live in that grief forever. So I want to help you know that there is a way to help you cope in these situations even now. They are called essential oils, and they work great on our emotions. That is one of the best ways they work…
Lets start with Shock for example. If you are in shock over a loss an oil can help support you in those feelings and bring you back to a more calm state of functioning. Anger is another BIG emotion that can happen during grief. Depression is Huge, when we suffer a loss we tend to hold things in and can get seriously depressed. But we do need to live, the truth of the matter is you have a life and people around you who will need you.
